I strive to eat approx every 3 hours MY FIRST MEAL WAS AT 930 AM


Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of ww wheat toast, 1/2 TB of Smart Balance , some Romaine lettuce leaves, 1 cup of coffee, 3 paks of Splenda

SORRY NO PIC SOMEHOW I FORGOT TO SNAP IT

Meal#2:
yogurt, 15 almonds and 1 cup of cherries

Snack:
Small red apple

AFTER I TOOK SNAPSHOT I PUT THE FOOD IN MY THERMUS

Meal#3
1/2 cup salmon @345 CAL from tin, 1 cup of brown rice@108, McCafe iced coffee with fat free milk and splenda @20

TOTAL CAL=473

THE ENTIRE TIN OF SALMON IS 80*7=560, I COOKED WITH 1/4 CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL=477 AFTER I COOKED SALMON I DID SOME MEASURING AND THE TOTAL IN BULK WAS 3 1/2 CUPS WORTH OF FOOD, MEANING TOTAL SALMON CAME TO 1 AND 1/2 CUP OF COOKED SALMON
THEREFORE 1/2 SERVING IS (560+477)/3 WHICH EQUALS TO 345 CAL

I DIDNT FEEL LIKE I WAS MISSING ANYTHING, I DIDNT HAVE ANY CRAVINGS, I JUST FELT HUNGRY EVERY 3 HOURS LIKE CLOCKWORK. I COOKED THE SALMON BEFORE I WENT TO WORK.

BUT GUESS WHAT? I GOT A FUNCTION TO GO TO TOMORROW, A DINNER AND DANCE @ 8PM WITH MY FRIEND NOVELETTE. I DONT WANT TO DEPRIVE MYSELF TOO MUCH AND DONT WANT TO OVER EAT. I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHAT I DID, HOW I ATE AND I WILL TRY TO TAKE PICS OF THE FOOD. SEE YA
