Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs @ 140 cal, 2 slices of toast@ 130 cal, tsp of smart balance butter @ approx 45 cal, a tomato @ approx 20 cal and a cup of coffee with 3 packs of Splenda @ approx 15 cal

total calories=350

Meal #2
A yogurt @ 160 cal, 1 cup of cherries @ 90 cal, 15 almonds @104 cal, 1 multigrain cookie @ 130 cal and a bottle of water @ 0(no photo)

total calories=484

Meal #3
Healthy Choice Frozen Meal @270, 1 banana@ approx 110, 1 bottle of Diet Dr Pepper @ 0 and 1 Fun Sized Snickers @ 72 cal
total calories=452

Meal #4
Approx 2 and 1/2 servings of peanuts @400 no photo i was in the office doing some extra work and i didn’t have my camera it was in my car and peanuts was the only thing i had to eat but still with in my caloric range for a meal and a fun sized payday @ 80
total calories=480

Meal # 5 Dinner
1 cup of Total Cereal @100 , 1 cup of Silk Soy milk @ 90 and a multigrain cookie@130
total calories = 320

GRAND TOTAL FOR THE DAY =2086

MY CURRENT WEIGHT IS 292 AGE 35 FEMALE HEIGHT I SAY 5’10 SOMETIMES I SAY 5’11 STILL NOT SURE UP TO THIS DAY

I USED TO WEIGHT 307 A FEW MONTHS AGO!

NOTES
The Snicker thing was in my head for about 2 days and today when i went to go get my 3rd meal at a the Stop and Go gas station it was staring me in the face. I didn’t want to completely ignore my craving so i decided to buy the fun size; the thing is that i was about 1 hour late for my meal and i was a bit too hungry when i arrived at the Stop and Go gas station hence the payday fun size being brought too.

LESSON LEARNED TRY TO EAT ON TIME OR YOU MIGHT OVER EAT..I DID NOT OVER EAT TODAY BUT I DIDNT NEED TO BUY THAT FUN SIZED PAYDAY EITHER

I was hoping for a Subways but there wasn’t one in the neighborhood, Thank GOD! for that Healthy Choice meal otherwise I would have been fu*ked.

I kinda consider this to be a junk day even though i didn’t over eat my calories. The reason today was a kind of a junky day is (not filled with more wholefoods) that i went to bed too late and i didn’t get up in time to pack my lunch bag properly

Nevertheless i still had a successful day and I will be losing weight because I didn’t make any extra fat and i was active walking up and down to see patients,,I got to get on the ball with the pump in iron thing though.

Thank God I am no longer trapped in believing that to lose weight i must become a health fanatic because if I believed that shit then today would have been one of those days where I would feel truly disappointed in myself but instead i feel happy because I stayed within my caloric range actually a bit under ( I supposed to eat 2300 cal to lose weight because 2900 is my maintenance calorie amount for 290 lb woman)

You see how much freedom you get when you get rid of negative obsessive anal weight loss ideas.

You can eat what you want and still lose weight but you should seek to eat whole foods because they are less calories, you can eat more and feel fuller longer and you get trace minerals and nutrients in your body needed to make your body function at optimal level but….

If you cant eat or get access to the best type of “diet” wholefoods then don’t worry just go to plan B but when you go to PLAN B don’t over eat.

Eating like this makes me feel like i missed out on eat a home cooked meal and yes i do miss the veggies and fruits but tomorrow will be much better,,yummy!
