Discover The Real Reason Why You Don’t Feel Full After Eating Chinese Food

You know what they say about the Chinese Food right?

People say that when they eat Chinese food that they don’t feel full or satisfied.

Why is that?

I used to think the reason I didn’t feel satisfied/full had to do with the fact that I am just a greedy muthfucka but today I am happy to say its not my fault or yours.

Its the ingredients in Chinese foods and the fact that most of the foods are low in fiber. Thats!… the reason….Thats the thing that makes us continue to feel hungry.

I explained this process to you before but I want you to see how it happens in real life so lets analyze Chinese food.

Chinese food is made with a lot of sweet high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) based sauces, MSG and most of the carbs like the white rice, the noodles and the fried whateva dont have fiber in it.

Chinese food is also very high in fat because most of the food is fried and what learned about foods that are made in the Chinese food type of way is that they will play tricks on the brain and program you to feel hungry.

The combination of HFCS, salt and fat are very addictive and they they will keep you in a state of feeling hungry even if your stomach physically full.

I am telling you the truth…because that is what Dr Kessler said in his book called “The End of Overeating
“. Dr Kessler used to run the FDA just a few years ago and he knows all about the foods in America and how they work on the body and he also wrote in his book that most of foods found in American culture has hijacked out brains and they have programmed us to be greedy and the program that is used to make use greedy starts off with an intense combination of sugar, fat and salt.

Chinese food is full of sugar, fat and salt.

Especially the sauces and the corn syrup part of the meal, let me show you what I am taking about again. Lets look at the science.

Normally, our appetite is governed by a finely tuned hormonal system that drives us to eat just enough to meet our metabolic needs.

Ghrelin, secreted by the stomach, tells us we are hungry, while leptin signals our brain to tell us we are full.

The problem is that when HFCS (high fructose corn syrup ) is consumed, it does not shut off ghrelin, so we continue to feel hungry.

In addition, the leptin signal is not triggered, so we don’t feel full.

This drives overeating and contributes to obesity.

The excessive consumption of HFCS may be a main contributor to the incidence of diabetes in the US.

Now Do You See?

Because of the ingredients used in Chinese food you wont feel full after you eat it and because you wont feel full and you want to lose weight then Chinese food is something that you should recognize as being your enemy.

Your enemy must die…But we will have to work together in order to fight the enemy because…

Cheap Chinese food is everywhere and it also has a dominant place in the black community and when you combine that fact, with the fact that “we –meaning a lot of black people” also get a lot of our food from corner stores and bodegas — who are in business just to sell you cheap & unhealthy crap then its no wonder why “we” are the fattest group of women in comparison to other women living in the USA.

Bottom line…There is too much freakin junk foods to be found in our communities and it time for that bullshit to stop. We work gotta work together, we gotta petition and we gotta demand quality from the people who responsible for giving us access to food because if we dont…then this will be the result:

America will become A nation filled to the brim with tons of Unhappy Black women who don’t feel good or look good & Generation after generation….our children will be nurtured by unhappy women with low self esteem…

We will become a loser and a garbage nation of people and it would be like what… Massa said about us was right…

African American women have the highest rates of being overweight or obese compared to other groups in the U.S.
