The first time I visited this blog a little tear ran down my cheek. I was—crying.
The site touch my heart. I was amazed at the level of confidence and style that these young women had.
I love to see plus sized women with high self esteem.
After I discovered this site, I felt a tad bit ashamed because at 34 years old and I am still struggling with my self worth!?
Hell no, not anymore and that’s because of the YFF. My change happened in an instant.
The YFF is a fashion for plus sized women. When you go there you are going to find out about some of the best spots online to buy women sized clothing that look sexy and stylish.

I don’t want to ramble on too much about that right now because I want you to go visit YFF so that you can enjoy it but when you finish come back to me because I want to talk about anxiety and the logic behind the fat acceptance movement.
What I am I talking about?
Okay let me say a little bit.
The idea of fat acceptance is a movement and by virtue of content that is what the YFF promotes.
Here is the deal.
Big people are coming together in large groups to promote the idea that being big and fat is okay. That sound like a good idea for big people right?
Well some people think the idea is stupid. Their feeling is that the fat acceptance movement is promoting unhealthy eating and an unhealthy lifestyle. The people opposed to the
idea of fat acceptance believe that fat acceptance makes it OK to be greedy and unhealthily obese.
But I say that is crap because Fat Acceptance actually promotes weight loss.
Self acceptance is the first stage to losing weight because think about it…if you are a obese women that is able to accept yourself and love yourself the way you look right now then you will become calm internally enough to grow into a state of self love …
and when you are calm and when you love yourself then your anxiety is reduced.
When your anxiety is reduced then the connection between your brain and your belly will become something that you can sense and respond too.
There is research that has proves that there is a hormone that your brain produces to make you feel full but for fat people that hormone does not work and I think its largely due to the fact that fat people are numbed with anxiety because of silent self hate and lack of self worth.
Think of Alcohol Anonymous, in order to overcome a bad habit you first must accept. Your supposed to love yourself not matter how big you are because that is you God given right
